Gara equilibrata, non bellissima, ritmi molto bassi e tante fasi di studio. Al 35′ squillo Milan con un colpo di testa di Rabiot, palla alta. Al 37′, ripartenza velocissima del Milan con Saelemaekers che trova Nkunku che però calcia alto da buona posizione. Al 39′ la sblocca il Napoli, alla prima vera chance. Cross rasoterra di Hojlund, Maignan non riesce a bloccare il pallone e la palla arriva a Neres che deve solo metterla dentro a porta vuota. Napoli avanti. Al 45′. Maignan si riscatta subito, bella parata su una conclusione di Hojlund pericolosa. Al 63′ raddoppia il Napoli. Palla in profondità per Hojlund che scatta alle spalle della difesa del Milan e calcia di sinistro, battendo Maignan. Napoli in controllo sul doppio vantaggio. Milan che stacca la spina, il Napoli fa le carte al 3-0, McTominay spreca una facile chance, un calcio di rigore in movimento calciato in curva. Finisce 2-0, il Napoli vola in finale (lunedì 22) dove aspetta la vincente di Inter-Bologna di domani.
